Gerry Fischer is the Area Manager for Johnstone Park. He has been with Carolina Homes for 20+ years, 12 years in various communities in Calgary and the remainder in Johnstone Park. He has an extensive background in construction, having been in the industry since 1971. His experience includes every aspect of construction including building homes from the ground up, renovations, siding and window installation as well as working as project manager on the construction of an airport in Labrador. Because of his experience, Gerry is able to help his customers make informed choices, thereby minimizing their stress. His sunny personality and ready smile help his customers feel relaxed and comfortable while making important decisions concerning their new home

Bob Beauchamp is the Area Manager for Johnstone Landing at Johnstone Park. Bob has been in the construction industry since 1981 and joined Carolina Homes in 1986. He was a construction foreman until he moved into the marketing side of the company a few years ago. His many years of hands-on experience mean that he has knowledgeable answers to your questions. He is a man of integrity who will assist you in the purchase, building and possession of your new home. Evergreen Centre
James Fleck is the Area Manager for Evergreen Centre. He draws from 15 years of diverse sales experience including multi family housing, corporate sales, and telecom equipment. He enjoys the creative process of working with new clients to facilitate the building of their new home. Growing up in South Calgary, and a Carolina Homes customer himself, he has experienced the benefits of building with Carolina Homes.
