Thank you for making our Panatella Landing and Evergreen projects such a success

Our Panatella Landing multi family condominium project and our single family Evergreen project are now both sold out. We want to take the time to thank all of our clients that have purchased homes in these two projects for making them such a success. Our primary goal has always been to create quality homes at an affordable price that provide you, our client, with a "space for life"; not just a house, but a home. With these two projects, we believe we have once again hit the mark. The brisk sales of the projects show that you believe this as well. The Area Managers at Carolina Homes are the people you see and deal with when purchasing your home. It would be remiss to not give a hearty congratulations to each of the Area Managers associated with these projects. Panatella Landing opened with Luella Rempel getting things going, and helping the majority of the residents find their homes. During the project, Luella decided it was time to put away the pen and step into retirement. Congratulations and thank you Luella for a job well done. We miss seeing your smiling face, and your cheerful attitude. Filling in for Luella to finish off the project was long time Carolina Homes Area Manager, D'Arcy Paladeau. D'Arcy, thank you for your hard work and effort, and congratulations. Last, but certainly not least, is James Fleck. As our Evergreen Sales Manager, James nearly found each of our Evergreen clients their own personal space single handedly. Excellent work James, thank you very much and congratulations.
With the closing of these two Calgary projects, we now set our focus on the future. We are continuing with our Johnstone Park duplex project in Red Deer, and also with our Johnstone Landing multi family project in Red Deer. In Calgary we are preparing for the delevopment of two new projects set to begin later this year. A new multi family project named Coventry Manor is slated for construction in Coventry Hills in North Central Calgary, and a residential/commercial mixed use project named The Evergreen Centre is slated for construction in Evergreen in South Calgary. We look forward to finding that special space for you, our clients. We know that by keeping our eye on quality and affordability, you will help us make these projects a success as well.
